Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? Represent an internationally recognised brand this festive season!

• Christmas Casual position
• Must be available during November to January
• Training commences October

As a Brand Ambassador you will be expected to represent the brand, and to create a positive and highly engaging experience for customers.

Your primary focus will be to demonstrate Nespresso coffee through sampling, converting engagements into sales.

About the role:

• Engage customers through coffee sampling.
• Convert customer engagements into coffee sales.
• Assist customers in finding their perfect machine.
• Drive brand engagement.
• Work collaboratively with team members.

About you:

• You are high energy and have a passion to work within a team
• Passionate about quality customer service
• This role is primarily a weekend-based role, must have weekend availability
• During the Christmas trading period, availability to work Monday – Sunday is essential.
• You excel at communication and relationship building
