Citycare Property is looking for an organised and adaptable Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our Queenstown team.
This is a flexible 30-hour-per-week role. You can choose how you structure your hours across the working week, provided they are worked within normal office hours and meet the needs of the team.
You will help coordinate operational staff and subcontractors across our property response workstream, ensuring work orders are planned, scheduled and progressed efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Triage and prioritise incoming work orders
• Plan and schedule multi-trade work
• Coordinate appointments with clients and tenants
• Respond to urgent jobs and schedule changes
• Monitor job progress and flag work that may be at risk
• Maintain accurate job notes, dates and documentation
• Support improvements to work processes

• Strong coordination or administration skills
• Confidence working across multiple systems
• Experience using Excel, Word and Outlook
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
