This opportunity could suit someone starting out, changing direction, or ready to grow into recruitment from a customer service, administration, healthcare, or other people-focused background.

You'll support a positive candidate experience, build talent pipelines, connect with applicants from diverse backgrounds, and develop strong relationships with managers, candidates, and community partners. You'll also contribute to recruitment process improvements and use modern digital tools to help us attract and hire great people.

• Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, managers, and stakeholders while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Confidence using Microsoft 365, digital tools, and recruitment systems, or the ability to quickly learn new technology.

• A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute ideas that improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
