Recruitment Advisor

As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll bring energy, professionalism, and a people-centred mindset to represent the Access Community Health and Total Care Health brands. This opportunity could suit someone starting out, changing direction, or ready to grow into recruitment from a customer service, administration, healthcare, or other people-focused background.

You'll support a positive candidate experience, build talent pipelines, connect with applicants from diverse backgrounds, and develop strong relationships with managers, candidates, and community partners. You'll also contribute to recruitment process improvements and use modern digital tools to help us attract and hire great people.

  • Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, managers, and stakeholders while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365, digital tools, and recruitment systems, or the ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • A genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, health equity, and creating an inclusive experience for people from diverse backgrounds and communities.
  • A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute ideas that improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
