Your work may include (all training provided)

  • Following current care plans
  • Supporting medication management and monitoring
  • Catheter care
  • Monitoring health outcomes and identifying changing needs
  • Supporting clients to achieve their goals and maintain independence
  • Advanced Bowel Cares
  • Pressure Injury Care and Prevention
  • Assistance with respiratory support
  • Activities of daily living

You'll be someone who:

  • Enjoys working directly with people and supporting positive health outcomes
  • Can work independently while remaining connected to a wider team
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
