Branch Manager

As Branch Manager at our Amberley branch you'll own the numbers, grow the customer base, and build a team that loves coming to work. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll set the direction for your territory and then make it happen – one day you're talking strategy and sales, the next you're on the floor with your team making sure customers leave happy.

It's commercial, it's people-first, and it's hands-on. If you lead by example and love seeing a team (and a set of numbers) thrive under you, you'll fit right in.

What you'll own

• The results – budgets, revenue, profit and a plan to hit them
• The growth – knowing your territory, chasing opportunities and building customer relationships that last
• The team – hiring well, coaching hard, and getting the best out of your people
• The branch – service, standards, stock and a safe site everyone's proud of

What you'll bring

• A track record of leading a team to real results, ideally in trade, retail, distribution or customer service
• Commercial smarts – you're as comfortable with a P&L as you are on the floor
• A genuine people leader who others want to follow
• A nose for sales and the drive to grow a patch
• A full NZ Class 1 licence with F endorsement – it's a hands-on branch, so you'll jump in when it counts
