HIRING: FINANCE MANAGER
Salary: Php 80,000 – Php 100,000/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days WFH
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and review Financial Statements and financial reports
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
- Oversee tax compliance and statutory reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with outsourced accounting teams and external auditors
- Analyze financial data and provide reports to management
- Ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS
- CPA License is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy is required
- At least 5 years of Finance and Accounting experience
- Must have experience working in an Accounting/Audit Firm
- Retail industry experience is an advantage
- Strong background in Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
