Customer Relationship Management Systems Associate

As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems Associate, you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality, accuracy, and reliability of a digital platform used by customers and internal stakeholders. You'll manage content, support users, monitor data quality, and help ensure a smooth digital experience. Your role

  • Maintain and update content across digital platforms, including product information, documentation, pricing, and related materials.
  • Ensure platform information remains accurate, complete, and aligned with approved sources.
  • Monitor data quality and perform regular reviews to identify and correct inconsistencies.
  • Provide first-line support to users by responding to inquiries and resolving common platform-related issues.
  • Escalate more complex technical concerns to the appropriate teams and document issues clearly.
  • Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to help validate platform performance.
  • Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
  • Collaborate with content owners and cross-functional teams to ensure information remains current and reliable.

Your profile

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in content management, digital operations, data administration, customer support, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Experience using digital platforms, business applications, or information management systems.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to support users effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), or enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to testing, quality assurance, data governance, or system validation activities.
  • Experience creating documentation, user guides, FAQs, or knowledge base content.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and supporting digital products or applications.
