The AX & CX Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless deployment and ongoing success of AX and CX solutions, with a specific focus on AI, through a standardized, end-to-end implementation framework. The role delivers core value to the business by mitigating technical risks and ensuring that every solution is optimized for the client’s specific requirements.

By providing rigorous post-implementation support and maintaining project documentation, the Specialist guarantees operational stability and long-term scalability for the digital portfolio, working within an integrated structure where BA, Implementation and Support collaborate closely.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Insights Specialist, AX/CXSolutions Specialist, Training and/or Quality Manager or TeamLeader (Ops or IT)
• Advanced training in Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications
• Proven experience in AX and CX solutions and the end-to-end implementation of AX/CX-related tools and platforms
• A blend of technical skills and ability to communicate across a range of stakeholders
• Ability to take ownership of tasks or projects and problem-solveissues as they arise
• English verbal and written C1 level
• Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset based onregional client needs
