👋 What are our wishes?

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· At least 5 years of experience in system architecture, design, and development, including 3 years in a senior developer role.

· Strong experience in .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

· Experience with SharePoint and SPFx development.

· Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.

· Experience in production support, hotfixes, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and L3 support.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

· Azure DevOps, CI/CD, YAML, and Azure Cloud Services

· ServiceNow

· Generative AI agents, chatbots, or AI automation

· Secure Coding, Scrum, or DevOps certifications

💼 How can you contribute to the team?

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, QA, Product Owners, and technical stakeholders.
• Design and develop secure, maintainable, and scalable applications, APIs, integrations, and database solutions.
• Resolve complex production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and deploy fixes, scripts, patches, and application updates.
• Improve system stability and proactively prevent recurring issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base materials.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, secure coding, and CI/CD practices.
• Help automate support processes using AI, chatbots, and other automation technologies.
• Contribute to technical improvements, research, and innovation.
