Join a global organization as a Company Nurse and provide essential healthcare and occupational health support to employees in a corporate setting. You’ll provide first aid, health assessments, employee care, and workplace health support while helping coordinate medical services, APE/PEME activities, and health and wellness programs. You’ll also contribute to workplace safety and regulatory compliance, working closely with People & Culture and other teams to promote a healthy and safe work environment.

Your role

Assess employees’ nursing care needs and provide first aid treatment, medications, and health assessments.
Maintain the availability and inventory of medicines, medical supplies, and clinic resources.
Create and maintain employee health and wellness records, ensuring information is properly documented and handled confidentially.
Conduct regular workplace health and safety inspections and report identified hazards for corrective action and monitoring.
Prepare and submit incident reports, including employee conditions and actions taken.
Support the Annual Physical Examination (APE) program and provide assistance in reviewing APE results and Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) assessments.
Coordinate with HMO providers, external clinics, and hospitals regarding healthcare utilization, medical reports, medical certificates, and fit-to-work certifications.
Evaluate employees returning to work and support fitness-for-duty assessments.
Observe appropriate infection control precautions when providing employee care.
Prepare and submit medical status, healthcare utilization, and other health-related reports as required.
Collaborate with People & Culture on HMO and health-related administrative processes, including SSS Maternity, SSS Sickness, LOA/LOE, and related requirements.
Partner with People & Culture and Workplace Experience to promote a healthy, safe, and productive work environment.
Provide health and wellness education to support illness management and prevention.
Develop and implement annual health, wellness, safety, and illness prevention programs.
Participate in DOLE compliance activities related to occupational safety and health and OHNAP requirements.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on occupational safety and health regulatory compliance and support related projects and initiatives.
Participate in training, development, and other company initiatives as required.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid professional license.
At least 1–2 years of experience in nursing practice, primary healthcare, company nursing, or a similar healthcare setting; corporate experience is an advantage.
Working knowledge or exposure to DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and OHNAP requirements.
Experience or familiarity with employee health assessments, first aid, clinic operations, APE/PEME coordination, HMO coordination, and medical documentation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and internal stakeholders.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail when handling employee health information.
Proactive and able to contribute to health, wellness, safety, and illness-prevention programs in a corporate environment.
