Networking Team Lead

- Makati City, Philippines
- PHP 1,200,000 – PHP 1,800,000
SUMMARY
We are looking for a technically strong Team Lead to head our Philippines-based NOC team as part of a follow-the-sun operating model. This is a hands-on, working lead role, you will carry a technical workload alongside your leadership responsibilities. You set the standard by doing, not by directing.
You will be the senior technical presence on shift, the first escalation point for your team, and the local point of contact for the Head of NOC in the UK. If you are more comfortable with a keyboard than in a meeting room, and you want to lead a team without leaving the technical work behind, this role is designed for you.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Lead the Philippines shift — own workload distribution, queue management, and team performance during your working hours
·
Act as the senior technical escalation point — take ownership of complex P1 and P2 incidents and drive them to resolution
·
Apply and enforce company NOC standards — structured ticket updates, correct incident prioritization, change request discipline
·
Own shift handover — ensure incoming engineers are briefed and every in-flight incident has a clear next step documented
·
Develop the team around you — mentor engineers on the job, identify skill gaps, and support the structured onboarding programme
·
Contribute to post-incident reviews and root cause analysis
·
Escalate appropriately to the Head of NOC — with a clear situation summary, actions taken, and a specific ask
