As a Legal counsel, your focus of expertise is on the marine or energy segment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support for the project development
- Review and interpret laws and regulations
- Work closely with stakeholders, business partners, and local authorities
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to the projects
- Updated on changes in laws and regulations related to the marine/ energy segment, and advise the company on the potential impact on the ongoing projects
Qualifications:
- Law Degree from the reputable university
- At least 5 years of experience (preferably in the corporate sector)
- Can speak either French, Portuguese, or Spanish
- Postgraduate in US/UK is an advantage
