Full Stack Developer

KalSoft is looking for experienced Full Stack Developers with strong hands-on expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies. The selected resources will work on an offshore project and should be confident working independently across the required technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Next.js, including both Server Components and Client Components.
• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Express.js.
• Implement background jobs, task processing, and asynchronous workflows using Bull / BullMQ.
• Design, develop, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and data models.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered solutions using LangChain (Node.js).
• Implement authentication and authorization solutions using Keycloak.
• Containerize and manage applications using Docker and Docker Compose.
• Work with Minikube/Kubernetes environments for application deployment and management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure reliable production deployments.
• Work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate with technical teams to deliver project requirements.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Extensive experience with Next.js, including Server Components and Client Components.
• Strong backend development experience with Express.js / Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Bull / BullMQ for task and job management.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, queries, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain using Node.js.
• Experience implementing Keycloak for authentication and authorization.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose.
• Experience with Minikube/Kubernetes is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Candidates must be Pakistan-based and comfortable working in an offshore project environment.
