The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology is the academic department of the University to support wide range of in-patient and outpatient care services pertinent to general obstetrics and gynaecology including lactation consultancy, family planning and parenting education. In addition to the core services, department also caters to wide range of specialized services of Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, Urogyneoclogy and Pediatrics & Adolescent gynaeoclogy. The department also offers formal post graduate training programs of residency and fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology and Gynecologic Oncology.

Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Associate in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:

• Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and BVR reviews.
• Retrieve, analyse, and disseminate data from BI tools to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and report key departmental financial performance indicators.
• Support financial administration, including expense tracking, costing, and price revisions.
• Process invoices and follow up on payments.
• Assist with budget planning, monitoring, and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including MSR, NISR, and PR generation and tracking.
• Support petty cash management and related activities.
• Maintain and manage departmental service agreements, contracts, and MOUs.

Requirements:

You should have:

• Bachelor's / Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, business operations, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in procurement coordination, invoice processing, and payment follow-up.
• Proficiency in data analysis and use of BI tools.
• Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
