Responsibilities:

• Check patient name and MR number before delivery.
• Collect medicines from pharmacy after verification by the pharmacist.
• Check medicines and patient address before leaving.
• Keep refrigerated medicines at 2–8°C during delivery.
• Get patient acknowledgement/signature after delivery.
• Return undelivered medicines to the pharmacy.
• Maintain delivery and temperature records.
• Collect and submit cash, where required.
• Keep motorbike, delivery box and safety equipment clean and ready.
• Follow pharmacy safety rules and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Report any problem or patient medicine query to the pharmacist.

Requirements:

• FSc / Intermediate; graduate preferred.
• Valid motorbike driving licence.
• Experience in pharmacy, medical store or delivery work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medicines and labels.
• Basic Google Maps/GPS and computer skills.
• Good communication and basic English reading.
• Physically fit and willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
