Who Are We Looking For?
Mobiz is looking for an experienced and strategic
Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resources functions. The role will partner closely with regional and global leadership to support organizational growth, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong HR leadership experience, preferably within the IT, technology, software, consulting, cybersecurity, cloud, or managed services industry, with the ability to understand technical organizations and effectively partner with IT and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Lead and manage the overall HR functions in alignment with global HR strategy and business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, succession planning, retention, and organizational development.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives to support business growth and employee experience.
- Provide HR insights, workforce analytics, and recommendations to senior management.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead workforce planning and recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical positions.
- Oversee hiring for technology functions including Cloud, Cybersecurity, SOC/NOC, ServiceNow, Data & AI, Infrastructure, and other IT roles.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements, skill gaps, and future talent needs.
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, HRIS, and offboarding.
- Lead HR operations and ensure effective employee support across the region.
- Drive effective utilization of HR systems such as
BambooHR and continuously improve HR processes.
Performance, Engagement & Development
- Lead performance management, employee engagement, recognition, learning & development, and retention initiatives.
- Support managers in setting goals, managing performance, and developing their teams.
- Develop career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Analyze employee feedback and implement actions to strengthen organizational culture.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR matters.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, salary benchmarking, and HR vendor management.
Regional & Global Collaboration
- Work closely with HR and business leaders across Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, the US, and other Mobiz locations.
- Ensure alignment between regional HR practices and Mobiz's global policies and objectives.
- Support regional HR initiatives and cross-border workforce requirements where applicable.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Professional HR certification such as CHRP, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in a senior/managerial HR role.
- Previous experience in
IT, technology, software, consulting, telecommunications, cybersecurity, or managed services is strongly preferred. - Experience working with a global/multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan employment practices, HR compliance, and compensation practices.
- Experience supporting and recruiting technical/engineering teams is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic HR leadership and business partnering skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Ability to effectively partner with IT/technical leaders, business heads, and senior management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong change-management and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and HR analytics tools; BambooHR experience is preferred.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
