At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.
Those in HR information systems (HRIS), data and analytics at PwC will focus on enabling process optimization, automation, efficient data management, reporting and leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions in the HRIS data and analytics space. Your work will involve implementing technology solutions and utilising advanced analytics techniques to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience and support business and human resource clients to optimise operations and achieve strategic goals.
Job Summary
The Associate II – HR Operations role is responsible for supporting and executing core HR operational activities while ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and a high level of employee service. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to improve HR processes and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations activities, including employee lifecycle transactions, HR records management, and process administration.
- Perform data audits, data quality checks, and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Support performance management processes, including goal tracking, performance review cycles, and reporting.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and automation solutions to enhance efficiency, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

- Proven experience in HR data management, reporting, analytics, performance management support, and process improvement initiatives.
