Industrial and Process Development Principal Engineer

What you’ll achieve

As an Industrial and Process Development Engineer, you will join Engineering Department to lead projects and activities related to the definition, design, implementation, optimization, and sustainment of manufacturing infrastructure required to build, test, and integrate advanced AI computing systems, including direct liquid cooled (DLC) servers, high-power GPU platforms, and fully populated rack solutions destined for hyperscale and enterprise data centers. The role owns factory infrastructure projects across the entire product and manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring capacity, quality, safety, cost efficiency, and scalability of power distribution and liquid cooling systems supporting production operations.

You will:

  • Define manufacturing infrastructure requirements for new AI server and rack products (Power, Cooling, Utility, Environmental, Factory Acceptance Criteria).
  • Assess factory readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI) and translate product power, cooling, and testing requirements into factory infrastructure specifications.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies related to: Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC); In-Rack & In-Row Coolant Distribution Units (CDU); High-density rack solutions; High-efficiency power architectures.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and develop long-range capacity plans supporting sustaining of existing capabilities as well as business growth and technology roadmaps.
  • Work closely with factory and global teams to develop projects plans and schedules, manage budget, timeline, and scope.

Essential Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in area of Industrial or Electrical or Controls Systems Engineering, Cooling Systems knowledge as an advantage;
  • 8+ years of experience in either of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or Operations Engineering.
  • Understanding of industrial engineering methods (flow analysis, simulations, capacity assessment) and related experience with New Product Introduction, factory deployment and infrastructure scale up.
  • Experience in working / leading global and cross-functional teams including high budget CapEx projects, developed under pressure of time and cost.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish both verbal and written;

Desirable Requirements:

  • PMP or IPMA certificate;
  • Experience in using CAD and/or MTM software;
