Join us as a IT Product Manager/Team Lead and drive the success of our global HR IT products. You will work closely with business stakeholders to maximize product value for 17,000 employees worldwide while leading and developing an international HR IT team across Hamburg and Gdańsk.
Manage the Human Resource IT Products in close collaboration with the Business Owner and make sure that Products are delivering the maximum value for our global HR organization and our 17.000 employees worldwide,
Lead and develop the HR IT Team of nine internal FTE (split into Hamburg and Gdansk) and manage additional external resources to further scale the operations,
Shape the HR IT Architecture and ensure proper interconnectivity between different HR solutions as well as HR solutions and other IT products,
Provide consulting services to the HR Business in terms of enhancements/ future developments of process-and IT-solutions,
Take responsibility for the future upgrades of the Oracle Cloud HCM Suite.
Several years of experience implementing and supporting HCM solutions such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SuccessFactors,
Several years of experience in IT Product Management,
Hands on experience in management of close stakeholder relations and joint requirements engineering,
Ability to coach resources and supervise a team,
Experience with complex software solutions in the enterprise environment,
Independent and responsible working style as well as good team player skills,
Analytical skills and efficient way of working,
Cloud knowledge with hands-on experience - good to have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,
Good command of written and spoken English,
Interest into technology and architecture - we really like to discuss about technologies and solutions that we're using,
Experiences in agile methods, in management of Oracle HCM solution and in cloud migration projects would be an advantage.
