Location: Kutno

Do you have an eye for detail, enjoy working with data and want to have a real impact on the quality of warehouse processes? Join NewCold in Kutno and grow your career in one of the most modern organizations in the cold chain logistics industry!

Your role – ownership, precision and impact
You will ensure inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels and controlling product rotation according to FIFO and FEFO principles.
You will work closely with Operations, Planning and Customer Service teams, ensuring smooth information flow and continuity of processes.
You will help strengthen quality standards and minimize the risk of errors in warehouse and system processes.

We are looking for someone who works with precision and gets things done
You have experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory control and understand supply chain processes.
You are confident using Excel and can turn numbers into clear conclusions and actions.
Knowledge of WMS or ERP systems is a strong advantage.
You can analyze discrepancies, identify root causes and follow issues through to resolution.
You are independent, responsible and well-organized.
