Order Fulfillment SME - ULS

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to expand their impact beyond daily operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive continuous improvement across the Ultrasound business.

Your role:

• Lead and support projects that simplify, standardize, and improve Supply Chain processes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Ultrasound Order Fulfillment, partnering with Team Leaders, SMEs, Key Users, and market stakeholders.
• Help define best practices and ensure teams operate in a consistent and efficient way.
• Assess upcoming process changes and ensure documentation, work instructions, and process flows are ready before implementation.
• Drive process governance through audits and quality reviews.
• Collaborate across functions to align ways of working and improve end-to-end performance.
• Share knowledge, support problem-solving, and help teams navigate complex operational challenges.

You're the right fit if: :

• Has solid knowledge of Supply Chain and logistics processes.
• Brings at least 2 years of SAP experience.
• Has experience or strong understanding of end to end order management process, especially customer order part
• Communicates confidently in English, both written and spoken.
• Enjoys solving problems, driving improvements, and influencing stakeholders.
• Is curious, proactive, and eager to continuously learn and develop.
• Has experience with or interest in tools such as Power BI or advanced Excel - nice to have

Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The annual base salary range for this role is 97,150 PLN – 160,950 PLN. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience, and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for an annual incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
