HR Business Partner
Location: Warsaw
ENGIE is a global leader in the energy transition. We currently search for an experienced HR Business Partner, dedicated to one of our core businesses: technical support and maintenance services for data centers and IT environments. This part of the business assures that critical infrastructure – such as public institutions, hospitals and server rooms – operates 24/7 without disturbances. Sounds easy? We need over 250 highly skilled professionals to keep it running.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR business partner for managers and employees across the business.
- Be the key link between business needs and people management.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve smooth and effective processes.
- Coach, support and strengthen managers when needed.
- Act as a trusted partner to employees.
- Support employee relations matters in line with labor law and company policies.
- Proactively propose solutions to avoid future challenges.
- As a part of the ONE ENGIE concept, help implement habits and routines that bridge people processes with the business.
- Participate in local and global HR projects.
Requirements:
- 3–4+ years of experience in an HRBP or HR Manager role within multinational or matrixed organizations, ideally in an engineering company.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field; post-graduate studies are a plus: you know what good looks like.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes with expertise in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making: you are confident in your ability to read and interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Expertise in at least two of: employee experience, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational development: you know that very often the win-win is there, you just need to search for it.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills: you can collaborate effectively and build trust with your stakeholders.
- Can-do attitude: you are the person who always asks — ok, so we can approach this from several angles…
- Fluent Polish.
- Fluent English (working proficiency): yes, you will collaborate extensively with our foreign COEs on a regular basis.
- A big plus: experience supporting mergers and acquisitions with a focus on unifying culture and processes: you know how to build engagement over values, visions and ideas.
- Ability and willingness to travel (15%).
