• Supporting project coordination and reporting activities
• Access coordination for external suppliers and others (ZUBAS, etc.)
• Assisting in the preparation and review of planning documents and presentations
• Supporting data collection, analysis, and documentation
• Participating in project meetings and following up on action items
• Supporting communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifikationen

Education

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors, Industrial engineering would be an advantage

• Basic understanding of organisational structures.

  Skills

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Good communication skills

• Presentation skills to support management presentation preparation.

• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and support workshops.

  Other Requirements

• Accuracy and attention to detail when working with data.

• Motivation to learn and understand

• Proactive attitude and willingness to support.

• Good command of English & Polish language
