Paid Internship in Group Procurement
Group Procurement - key contributor to effective spend management at Euroclear and is responsible for the sourcing of all group non-payroll spend. The Group Procurement team is part of Euroclear's Group Sourcing, Procurement & Vendor Management (GSPVM) Tribe, within the Group Transformation division. The team plays a key role in ensuring that Euroclear manages its non-payroll spending effectively, delivers value from supplier relationships, mitigates third-party risks, and complies with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Your responsibilities:
- You will support Cross Category Buyers on administrative management of procurement contracts within different categories through the corporate procurement methodology and negotiation, in order to assure an efficient process.
- You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks which are fundamental to support core team activities.
- You will be supporting Buyers for populating supplier data in procurement systems, converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders based on the request, preparing reports, organizing signature process, investigating invoice discrepancies, etc.
- Along with the learning curve additional administrative task may be added to your portfolio.
- Results will need to be reported to the relevant reporting lines.
- You maintain good relations with internal stakeholders (within department and within Euroclear) and suppliers.
Your profile:
- You should represent good command in English (B2 level)
- Having student status – preferred faculty: Finance, Procurement, Economics, International Trade, Law.
