Maintenance Engineer

We have a great opportunity to join Emerson as our Maintenance Engineer. You will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive actions that support uninterrupted operations and continuous improvement across the plant.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and availability of production equipment and facility installations. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs of production machinery, mechanical equipment, and building installations.
• Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes of technical issues, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance and support initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency, and operational uptime.
• Prepare maintenance documentation and reports, including analysis of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts, tools, and maintenance resources while complying with company safety standards and procedures.

Who You Are:

You are a hands-on problem solver who enjoys identifying the root cause of technical issues and implementing effective solutions. You combine strong analytical skills with a practical approach to maintenance and equipment reliability. You collaborate effectively with others, prioritize safety, and remain focused on achieving high operational standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or similar technical role.
• Technical ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting production equipment.
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems and industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proactive approach to identifying and implementing equipment reliability improvements.
