Job Description

Strong SAP HCM consultant required with a focus on Personnel Administration (PA) and Payroll (PY), supporting the design, development and enhancement of payroll-related solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Core Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP HCM implementations, particularly within Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting (PA/PY)
• Hands-on expertise in SAP customization, including Infotypes, Wage Types, Schemas, Rules and Features
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll components (tables, structures, programs, messages, views, transactions and function groups)
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Understanding of payroll-related legal and tax regulations
• Background in solution design, analysis and functional testing
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and enterprise-scale system delivery

Additional / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to ABAP Workbench
• SQL or database knowledge
• API and system integration experience
• Knowledge of data dictionaries, reporting and forms
• Experience with cross-functional HR and Finance systems
• Exposure to international payroll contexts
