We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and technically proficient Leader to drive the product expertise team in the advanced development product platform. This role is essential for ensuring the technical excellence, robustness, and market competitiveness of new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the technical analysis of electrical drive systems (eAxle, eMotor), including their sub-systems and components, through diagnosis, teardown, and detailed technical expertise.
  • Defines and manages all activities required to support technical conclusions, including internal and external: measurements, physical tests, examinations, and trials.
  • Leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians; plans, quotes, and executes activities in line with business needs, priorities, and available resources.
  • Cooperates closely with project teams, product architects, standards owners, and domain experts.
  • Actively participates in problem-solving, competitive analysis, and continuous product improvement processes.
  • Develops expertise methods, tools, and equipment to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of technical analyses.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
  • Proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an interdisciplinary engineering environment (preferably in design, testing, expertise, or repair of electromechanical devices or systems).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Analytical and inquisitive mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work with international teams.
