Responsibilities The Opportunity Drive the Category agenda for Puerto Rico, supporting key customers through category and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities. Partner with commercial teams to develop and execute Category Management and Perfect Store initiatives, ensuring strong execution and contributing to PepsiCo’s position as a strategic category partner. Your Impact Develop fact- and insight-based category solutions that identify and accelerate growth opportunities across key customers in Puerto Rico. Strengthen relationships with retailers, becoming a trusted category partner and influencing customer decisions through shopper insights, trends, innovation, pricing, assortment, merchandising and promotional strategies. Support the expansion of strategic customer relationships and reinforce PepsiCo’s position as a Category Leader in Puerto Rico. Develop Category strategies, playbooks and toolkits across key channels and customers, translating shopper and category insights into actionable commercial plans. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree (International Business, Marketing and or Industrial Engineer) +4 years experience in FMCG industry and category management Leadership Negotiation skills Exceptional analytical skills, high level of abstract and numerical thinking Fluent English (Oral and Written) Nielsen Data driven Consumer oriented Highly committed sales professional If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
