Today we intend to continue our growth and as such we present the following vacancy in our Architecture department.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate CSA models and their interfaces with MEP systems, working closely with engineers, designers and construction teams.
• Implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), organise BIM tasks and monitor progress against project milestones.
• Federate models, verify coordinates and levels, and carry out clash detection and coordination reviews.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, assign and track issues, and verify their resolution.
• Review model and drawing quality, including parameters, naming conventions and compliance with project standards.
• Manage model exchanges and delivery workflows within the Common Data Environment (CDE), maintaining revision control and information traceability.
• Support site coordination, ensuring that approved changes are reflected in models and documentation through to as-built delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to the modelling team and report coordination risks to the BIM Manager and project team.

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or BIM Specialist roles, with a strong background in CSA disciplines.
• A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or a related field, together with relevant BIM training.
• Advanced Autodesk Revit skills, including linked models, shared coordinates, worksets, families, parameters and drawing production.
• Proficiency in Navisworks Manage for model federation, clash detection and issue tracking.
• Practical experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and CDE workflows, including model sharing, document control, revisions and issues.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and civil drawings and understand their construction interfaces.
• Experience reviewing model quality and coordinating information exchanges, including IFC.
• Ability to organise tasks, guide modellers and communicate clearly with technical and site teams.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, with varied experiences, which will allow you to develop an interesting and enriching experience.

In turn we account for a Developing Program oriented to mentoring your team role so that in the short/ medium term you can fully exercise your individual role and autonomously lead your projects.

Our requirements

A minimum of five years BIM Architecture modelling experience, including urban to building composition, finishes and detailing.

Experience in creating and deploying Architectural drawings form the BIM model.

Courses and capacitation programs in BIM software.

Autodesk Revit modelling software dominion.

Knowledge of tools such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.

Ability to create and develop BIM models, following established standards and guidelines.

Understanding the technical and construction aspects of building projects.
Willingness and availability to travel.

It would also be beneficial to have:

• High level of English.

• University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related fields.
