ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a Solution analyst.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Resolving 80% of user tickets through your in-depth knowledge of business tools and data management,
• Analyzing and diagnosing issues reported by users, identifying root causes (functional or technical),
• Working with databases to extract, correct, or validate data using advanced SQL queries,
• Collaborating with development teams to escalate complex issues or propose functional improvements,
• Contributing to continuous improvement of support processes and data management.

Profil

PROFILE:

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role (Level 2 support, functional analysis, data management),
• Functional expertise in business tools (HR, project management, CRM, etc.),
• First experience with a CMS (Wordpress, others),
• Advanced SQL skills: ability to write complex queries (joins, subqueries, aggregate functions), optimize queries, and analyze database schemas,
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices architectures,
• Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
