As a Pre-Assembly Operator, you will act as a skilled craftsperson, shaping reliable industrial equipment that contributes to Sidel’s mission of delivering high-quality packaging solutions with safety, precision, and innovation at their core. Joining the production team, you will collaborate closely with quality and engineering teams in a modern manufacturing environment equipped with advanced technologies. Your work will directly support operational excellence and customer satisfaction while contributing to a culture where teamwork, continuous learning, and attention to detail matter every day.

YOUR MISSION

• Assemble industrial machinery and equipment while ensuring alignment with safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models to build and adjust mechanical structures and components.
• Perform metalworking activities such as drilling, cutting, and threading with precision and care.
• Assemble pneumatic systems and support welding activities whenever required.
• Identify, report, and help resolve assembly issues or deviations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining accuracy, organization, and compliance throughout the assembly process.

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical training or professional experience in mechanics, industrial assembly, metalworking, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in industrial mechanical assembly and confidence reading technical drawings.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and metalworking processes; welding experience is considered an advantage.
• Basic computer skills combined with strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
• Collaborative mindset, effective communication skills, and commitment to teamwork.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and following company procedures.
