About the tasks :

As Instrument Commissioning Coordinator (M/F), you will play a key role in supporting the
commissioning team in ensuring the readiness and quality of project documentation, precommissioning
and commissioning instrumentation, control systems and process analyzers activities.
This VIE is an excellent opportunity for an assignee to gain hands-on experience in the LNG industry,
working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Coordinating pre-commissioning Activities:

• Preparing all the associated workfront documentation for pre-commissioning
  instrumentation activities and follow-up the completion database.
• Liaise with completion team to update database according to project inputs evolution
• Ensuring that the works proceed in conformity with the schedule and reports any deviation
  to the Instrumentation Commissioning Superintendent.

Coordinating Commissioning Instrumentation Activities:

• Coordinating the Commissioning activities related to the assigned worksite(-s).
• Ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with Safety, Health and Environment policy
  of the project.
• Preparing all the associated documentation for Commissioning activities and follow up in the
  completion data base.
• Maintaining a comprehensive log of activities and report progress to the Instrumentation

Commissioning Superintendent.

• Liaising with the Subcontractor for the execution of the commissioning activities.
• Ensuring commissioning activities performed by subcontractor are as per established
  procedures and good industry practices within the required quality level.
• Coordinating the activities with Construction Supervisors, Subcontractor and third party.
• Coordinating the completion of punch list clearance with Construction and Subcontractor in
  areas under his/her control

scope of these descriptions.

About your Profile:

• You have a degree in technological processes, automation engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate degree would also be desirable.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• You are results-driven and able to deliver high-quality work, even under tight deadlines.
• You have a strong team spirit and enjoy working collaboratively.
• You have a high level of attention to detail, particularly when working with data. You are able to identify and report data-related issues. Experience with or knowledge of Power BI would be a major plus.
• You hold a degree from an Engineering School or a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Electrotechnics).
• You have 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
