Job Title: MEP Facility Engineer

Location: Qatar

Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Facility Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP and previous experience in Facility Management (FM). They should also possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a valid UPDA Certification, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance needs
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work
• Troubleshoot and resolve any facility-related issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Create and maintain accurate records and reports for all facility-related activities
• Manage and monitor the budget for facility maintenance and operations
• Provide leadership and guidance to the facility maintenance team
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of facilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Valid UPDA Certification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in Facility Management (FM) is required
• Strong MEP background
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
