Based in Oradea, we are looking for a Working Student to join our Procurement Team!

As a Working Student in the Procurement Department, you will support daily procurement operations by maintaining supplier-related information, ensuring high-quality master data, and contributing to indirect procurement activities. This role provides valuable exposure to procurement processes, supplier management, and data governance while offering opportunities to develop analytical and organizational skills in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support supplier management activities by maintaining and updating supplier data in procurement systems and tools.
  • Perform master data cleansing, validation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Assist the Indirect Procurement team in managing purchasing activities, supplier communications, and operational procurement tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain procurement and supplier management tools, resolving data discrepancies and supporting end users when needed.
  • Prepare procurement reports, analyze data trends, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and process effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of procurement processes and adherence to company policies.
  • Support administrative and operational activities related to procurement projects and ongoing business requirements.
