R2R Team Lead

As our new R2R Team Lead in the Global Business Support (GBS) division, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our financial operations. We Want You

• Lead and manage a team of 12 R2R accountants across fixed assets and cash accounting processes

• Oversee the end-to-end monthly close process for assigned entities in France and Belgium

• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial accounting operations within ENGIE GBS

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for team deliverables and stakeholder relationships

• Conduct quality control across general ledger, cash, asset, tax, and intercompany accounting activities

• Support transformation projects and the transition of work to GBS

Who Are You

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or professional certification preferred)

• 7-10 years of experience in Record-to-Report accounting operations, with 3-5 years in a supervisory role

• Expert knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP (France and Belgium)

• Strong experience with SAP FI/CO modules and S4/HANA

• Fluent in English and proficient in French (B2/C1 level)

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on operational mindset

• Change management and coaching abilities

• Proactive and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
