What to expect:
- As a sub-project manager, you will be responsible for the air conditioning area.
- You will lead the process chain to ensure the timely prototype/series introduction of the vehicle components under your responsibility, in accordance with functional goals, quality, weight and cost specifications.
- You will supervise and document the software/component development with regard to technical requirements and ensure that the required milestones are met.
- You will lead the SE-Team (Simultaneous Engineering) and be responsible for cross-departmental collaboration, coordination and communication with all involved process partners and stakeholders.
- You will manage and implement all changes of components and drawings within the specified timeline.
- You will prepare change documentation, risk analyses and presentations which you will present to relevant decision-making stakeholders.
What you bring along:
- German and English language are a must.
- Experience with Catia V5/V6 is nice to have.
- You have a degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable qualification (Elektrik).
- You have proven experience in the automotive industry.
- You are process-oriented, have an independent and highly analytical working style and excellent communication skills.
