Senior Solution Architect

The Solution Architecture team supports a wide range of projects across Evoke’s global online gaming business, including casino, poker and sports betting products. The team works closely with Enterprise Architecture, Product Management, delivery teams, and functional and technical specialists to translate business needs into effective, scalable and secure solutions.

The Solution Architect is the end-to-end owner of the overall solution, accountable for defining its scope, relevant business domains and technical architecture. The role translates business strategies and requirements into clear designs and implementation plans, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with applicable architectural patterns.

What you'll be doing:

• Defining and documenting solution and system architecture.
• Producing detailed architecture designs and system interaction diagrams.
• Identifying and incorporating non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, privacy and security.
• Working with Enterprise Architects, Product Managers, project teams, and functional and technical analysts.
• Leading technical working sessions and resolving architectural questions.
• Presenting proposed solutions and building stakeholder alignment and consensus.
• Maintaining ownership of the solution’s quality and suitability throughout the project.

Requirements

Who we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least three years of experience working as a Solution Architect.
• At least three years of experience designing or developing scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Experience designing high-scale, real-time systems.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, system design, integrations and system interactions.
• Ability to translate business strategies and requirements into practical technical designs and plans.
• Understanding of non-functional requirements, particularly performance, scalability, privacy and security.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative and effective solutions.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical subjects clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
• High proficiency in English and experience working in a global environment.
