YOUR TASKS

• Processing complex external and internal customer orders through the whole process chain, as well as controlling consignment movements in clearly defined contexts
• Ensuring complex customer orders to be delivered to the customer, by setting daily, weekly and monthly priorities for production planning in cooperation with internal positions impacting the production plan
• Raising awareness for customer call-off fluctuations and demand decreases/increases effecting production
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating appropriately about delivery dates, current supply situation, constraints, complaints, damages, or changes within drawing status in clearly defined contexts
• Clarifying root causes for inventory level differences in cooperation with responsible persons in clearly defined contexts
• Determining, entering and managing IT-based master data for area of responsibility
• Actively checking customer portals for new logistics requirements, customer performance evaluations and logistical claims
• Contributing to achieve planned finished goods stock level for complex running projects, as well as complex ramp-ups, phase-outs, relocations, and ECNs
• Improving delivery service level constantly, by optimizing logistics costs in clearly defined contexts

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in production / automotive field;
• Experience in an electronics company is preferred;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• SAP knowledge is an advantage ;
• Very good PC skills; Excellent communication skills and planning abilities;
• Excellent problem solving skills and results oriented.
