About the Team:

Join us at the newly established European Controlling Shared Services Hub in Belgrade, where we are building a modern, collaborative, and forward‑looking team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated R&D Controller who wants to play a key role in shaping daily Controlling Factory operations and contributing to continuous process improvement.

In this position, you will work in an international environment, support strategic financial decisions, and help us elevate reporting and controlling standards across the organization. What you can look forward to as R&D Controller:

• Business consultancy for the development departments as well as their management & interface to the product line in controlling topics,
• Cooperation in the (operational and strategic) planning and forecast process as well as cost centers and project planning in SAP and project systems,
• Reporting & analysis of the relevant R&D key figures and assumption of activities in the monthly and annual financial statements,
• Tasks within the context of R&D project controlling,
• Maintenance and optimization of operational tools (including SAP, SAP BW, Excel) and cooperation in controlling projects.

Your profile as R&D Controller:

• University degree preferred or alternatively education in Finance / Controlling / Business Administration,
• Min. 3 years of experience as R&D Controller, in an international environment, preferably in automotive industry,
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines,
• A high level of numerical and analytical skills,
• Problem identification skills,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian; additional languages as a plus.
