Senior Manager Business Process Innovations and Projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and lead the execution of a long-term innovation strategy aligned with the bank's overall business objectives.

2. Manage the project delivery for the organization.

3. Identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and market opportunities that can be leveraged to gain a competitive edge.

4. Champion a culture of innovation within the bank, fostering creativity, experimentation, and collaboration across departments.

5. Secure senior management buy-in and allocate resources to support innovation initiatives.

6. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key players in the innovation ecosystem (e.g., fintech startups, venture capitalists, academic institutions).

7. Identify and collaborate with external innovation hubs to stay at the forefront of industry trends.

8. Drive innovation initiatives that enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints (physical branches, digital channels, mobile banking).

9. Lead the development and implementation of new financial products and services that leverage emerging technologies.

10. Develop a framework for managing risks and regulatory standards associated with innovation initiatives while fostering a culture of responsible innovation.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify and build partnerships that support innovation •
2. Stakeholder engagement to ensure innovation activities have required support and focus
3. Conduct periodic review to ensure overall expenditure is within departmental budget
4. • Investigates reasons for budget variance and establish ways to reduce the variance • Carry out continuous market research and intelligence so as to ensure that the innovations unit is agile

Education Qualification & Work Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Entrepreneurship or a related field.

Professional Course in Business, Project, Technology related qualifications

Masters Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Entrepreneurship or a related field is an added advantage.

5 Years of experience in Design , execution of business plans & strategies,Banking operations,Product development,Customer Relationship Management and Senior level ledership.
