- Kista, Sweden
- SEK 600,000 – SEK 800,000
Join Tele2 Procurement and help us challenge the status quo.
About the role
Tele2 is a fast-moving, ever-changing tech company where we constantly challenge how things are done. As a new IT & Indirect Sourcing Manager, you will take ownership, lead initiatives, and drive commercial outcomes across IT and Indirect spend categories from day one.
You will work with everything from software and cloud services to professional services and other business-critical sourcing projects. You will collaborate directly with stakeholders across Tele2—including IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and our commercial teams—acting as a driver who gets things done.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading sourcing projects and competitive tenders (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) from start to finish
- Driving supplier negotiations and securing strong commercial agreements
- Exploring and applying AI, automation, and modern digital tools to improve how we analyze spend, manage data, and run procurement processes
- Analyzing spend data, market trends, and emerging technologies to identify savings, efficiency gains, and innovation
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenge requirements constructively
- Managing contracts actively and driving continuous improvement in existing supplier relationships
- Ensuring sourcing activities adhere to Tele2’s high security, compliance, and sustainability standards
Who are you?
You don’t need years of procurement background, but you do need a strong inner drive, high curiosity, and the confidence to take the lead. You are genuinely interested in how tools like AI and automation can improve ways of working, and thrive in an environment where priorities shift quickly. You learn fast, dare to challenge established truths, and welcome being challenged in return.
You might be a recent graduate or have 1–2 years of experience within IT, consulting, business development, finance, or procurement.
We believe you have:
- A university degree in engineering, IT, business, economics, or a related field
- A strong tech interest and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and digital ways of working
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a drive to deliver results independently
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and build credibility across teams
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
It is a plus if you have prior exposure to procurement, commercial contracts, or IT/tech projects, but your drive and mindset matter most.
As a person, you:
- Take accountability from day one and enjoy driving projects across the finish line
- Adapt quickly to change and learn new concepts with ease
- Love to challenge "the way we’ve always done it" and enjoy constructive discussions
- Are naturally curious about new technologies, automation, and smarter ways of working
- Combine a structured, analytical approach with speed and execution power

If you are driven, tech-savvy, eager to learn fast, and ready to take ownership from day one, I look forward to receiving your application!
