The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy's Cooling Systems business unit in Landskrona, a global center of excellence for the development and manufacturing of high-reliability cooling systems for power electronics and other demanding applications. Our solutions support safe, sustainable, and efficient operations with a strong focus on customer value and environmental responsibility.

As demand continues to grow, particularly within our Cleantech segment supporting renewable energy applications, we are expanding our development team. We welcome both newly graduated engineers and experienced professionals who are eager to contribute, learn, and grow with us.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead the development of products for a variety of applications.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to identify the right components and ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated.
  • Support high product quality as production volumes grow.
  • Work closely with colleagues in production and other internal and external partners to achieve project goals together.

Your background

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in planning and a willingness to learn about our products, processes, and production environment.
  • Great problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Curious and proactive, with a drive to challenge existing ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Analytical, structured, and goal-oriented in your approach to work.
  • Experience with testing and agile ways of working is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, to collaborate with local and global stakeholders.
