As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of online fiber and pulp analyzers, as well as laboratory analyzers.

You will be responsible for the entire service process, from planning and execution to follow-up activities. As an important point of contact for our customers, you will work closely with technical experts in our local team and the product group based in Kajaani, Finland.

Responsibilities:

  • Service Engineer for analyzers and measurement equipment
  • Perform service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs at customer sites
  • Plan, execute, and report on your own service visits
  • Commission and calibrate new equipment
  • Provide remote support via telephone and remote connection tools
  • Collaborate with the Scandinavian sales team and the product group in Kajaani, Finland

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience with analyzers or consistency measurement systems is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of the pulp and paper industry
  • Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel within Scandinavia as customer site visits are a significant part of the role
