Assistant Engineer (Electronics)

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical and sales support role
• Provide technical support to Asia Pacific end users, customers, and distributors
• Provide support to RMA issues relating to defects from customers and distributors
• Coordinate failure analysis on the defect detected by the customer and distributor
• Correlation works between internal and external customers and distributors
• Working closely on conducting acceptance tests with the technical department in head office
• Perform other duties as assigned

Key Attributes:

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability to think strategically.

Requirements:

• At least an ITE or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic or a relevant background
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge of Power Supply, components, and related technology will be an added advantage
