Senior Solution Consultant - WHS

Are you an experienced consultant with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management and Warehouse Management System (WHS)? Do you enjoy solving complex business challenges, collaborating with customers, and leading successful implementations? If so, we would love to meet you.

As a Senior Solution Consultant you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions for our customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations transform their warehouse and supply chain processes while ensuring successful project delivery.

• Analyze and implement end-to-end supply chain and warehouse management processes
• Understand customer challenges and identify opportunities
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and customer trainings for complex projects
• Monitor project progress and proactively address obstacles to keep projects on track
• Support project teams in identifying, documenting, and mitigating risks and issues
• Independently deliver SCM/WHS implementation streams within complex projects
• Take ownership of decisions and resolve customer challenges
• Contribute to presales activities, including demonstrations, workshops, and solution presentations
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices within your area of expertise
• Share knowledge and coach colleagues on effective delivery approaches and solution design
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, architects, and customer stakeholders

#yoursuperpowers

• Several years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions
• Strong expertise in Warehouse Management (WHS) processes and functionality
• Experience leading workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design activities
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including warehousing, inventory management, procurement, and logistics
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective D365 solutions
• Experience working on complex international implementation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with testing, process documentation, and user training
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
