About this Position

Our hair coloration Virtual Try On applications see thousands of users everyday, helping them decide and experiment with their hair. To our Digital Support team, we are looking for a new coordinator to stir the project for existing and new applications. Be the one to support our business partners and bring the vision to life. Our team is a key player for Henkel´s global digital marketing. Do you dare to make an impact? 

What you´ll do

• steering of the existing global Virtual Try On and Find Your Color applications
• handling daily communication with stakeholders
• supporting our Business Partners with presentations and onboardings
• regular application testing
• ensuring proper manitenance with our dx colleagues
• coordination of new brand implementation and shade extensions
• be the main contact person for brands seeking their own Virtual Try On, or expanding their portfolio
• communication with our dx colleagues for development and roll-out
• support of the new development projects, such as new features and applications
• brainstorming, pro-active participation in developing new ideas
• coordination of development with our dx colleagues
• localizations in new regions and updates to existing ones
• preparing copybooks
• communication with regions and countries
• reporting on performance of the applications
• preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports

What makes you a good fit

• Fluent English (written/verbal interaction with international stakeholders)
• Strong communication skills in multicultural environment
• Good presentation skills
• Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio and AzureDevOps is an advantage
• Affinity for digital trends with clear goal to enhance the KPI results
• Self-organization and reliability (you will handle projects independently)

Salary: €1,600 – €2,000 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
