About this Position
As a Marketing Innovation Project Coordinator, you will lead global Product Development Process (PDP) initiatives across our Adhesives business unit. In this role, you will manage cross-functional projects focused on the development and launch of new products, including innovative manufacturing processes and/or packaging, designed to address specific customer and market requirements, regulatory standards, and business objectives.

What you´ll do
- Lead global Marketing Innovation Projects across multiple functions and regions
- Managing the project´s lifecycle, including scheduling and steering meetings, tracking progress in project tool (Planview) and handling documentation
- Facilitate and coordinate international cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and business milestones
- Leading virtual international teams and organizing regular meetings
- Prepare and present project updates, business cases, and recommendations to leadership teams and steering committees
- Actively strive for continues improvements opportunities and sharing best practices
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in project management, change management, or cross-functional leadership roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Assertive and proactive approach
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Salary: €1550 - 1850 EUR gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
