Reliability Engineer (Electrical)

Your Job

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical systems for production equipment and facilities
• Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical systems
• Improve equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency
• Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment and production lines
• Prepare and maintain electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation
• Support plant safety, energy management, and regulatory compliance activities
• Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements
• Knowledge or experience in industrial automation systems, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA, will be considered an advantage

• You will work closely with operation team across our Rayong & Saraburi Plants

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, or a related field
• Good knowledge and understanding of electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Knowledge of industrial power distribution systems, including transformers, switchgear, MCC, electrical panels, and protection systems
• Knowledge of motors, motor control systems, VFDs, soft starters, and electrical protection devices
• Ability to perform basic electrical calculations and select appropriate electrical equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and identify the root cause of problems
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, industrial automation, and control systems is an advantage
• Good coordination and communication skills with contractors, suppliers, and other engineering
• Good communication skills in English
