Sales Export (Asia) - Chinese Speaking

Position: Sales Export (Asia) - Chinese Speaking

Work location: Samut Sakhon

Responsibility:

1. Sales & Customer Management

• Manage overseas customers across Asian markets such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.
• Receive and process purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy of product specifications, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve assigned targets.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial conditions within company guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and actively develop new customers and markets.

1. Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with the Production team to plan manufacturing schedules and manage inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure timely export shipments in accordance with OTIF (On Time In Full) targets.
• Liaise with QA/QC teams to manage and resolve quality-related customer complaints.
• Track shipment status and proactively update customers on delivery progress.
• Work closely with R&D to support product development and customization initiatives.

1. Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare monthly sales reports and annual sales targets.
• Analyze order trends and customer buying behavior.
• Provide market insights and sales data to management to support decision-making.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in export sales within the seafood or frozen food industry
• Strong command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures
  Strong negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas
• Basic ability to read, write, and speak Chinese is a strong advantage
