Assistant Security Manager (Centralised Security)

Job Requirement:

1. Security Operations Supervision - Assist the Security Manager in overseeing daily security activities and ensuring operational effectiveness.
2. Emergency & Incident Response - Support in managing emergencies, coordinating with security teams, and enforcing protocols.
3. Personnel Training & Performance Monitoring - Assist in training, evaluating, and improving the performance of security personnel.
4. CCTV & Radio Communications Management - Monitor security systems and ensure proper usage of communication equipment.
5. Administrative & Compliance Support - Help in maintaining reports, security policies, and compliance with safety regulations.
6. Liaison with Other Departments - Act as a point of contact between security teams and other business units
7. Handling Incident Reports and Communication - Responsible for managing the process of receiving incident reports from residents or guests in a housing estate or condominium, with a strong focus on English communication, also in charge of handling related documentation and reports
8. Oversee the inspection and readiness of emergency equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring timely maintenance and reporting any issues.

Position Specific Requirements:

1. 3—5 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years in a supervisory role, managing security personnel and daily operations.
3. Ability to conduct risk assessments and security audits.
4. Basic understanding of fire safety and first aid procedures.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise security personnel effectively.
6. Excellent communication and coordination abilities with internal teams and external agencies.
7. Decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and emergencies.
